Methods for Irrigation and Agriculture (MIRRA) held a completion ceremony on Wednesday 22nd of March 2023 for Syrian refugee and vulnerable Jordanian beneficiaries who completed the smart agriculture program which aims to introduce the smart and modern technologies that are used in the agriculture sector. Young Women`s Christian Association (YWCA – Jordan) held a graduation ceremony on Tuesday 14th of March 2023 for Syrian refugee and vulnerable Jordanian beneficiaries who completed Health Caregiver Vocational Training for elderly accredited by Technical and Vocational Skills Development Commision. Graduation Ceremony of HE Cars Beneficiaries

The Technical Vocational Training Academy held a graduation ceremony for EDU-SYRIA beneficiaries of the Vocational Diploma in Hybrid and Electrical Cars (HE Cars) on Thursday 16th of February 2023. The HE Cars training diploma course provided the beneficiaries with the skills required to maintain Electric and Hybrid vehicles and training encompassing all aspects of working in vehicle maintenance including safety and professional development. A virtual learning portal was also developed that included all training materials and case studies to ensure the project’s sustainability. For over 70 years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has entrusted the Netherlands Universities Foundation for International Cooperation (NUFFIC) with the implementation of international education and knowledge development grant programmes. The Orange Knowledge Programme is the current largest programme (€220 million), reaching 54 countries in total. EDU-SYRIA III Bachelor Scholarship Program’s Results

A total of 982 applications were submitted to EDU-SYRIA III Bachelor Scholarship Program for the academic year of 2020/2021. A net of 282 applicants were accepted with 194 from the urban setting (outside refugee camps) and 88 applicants from refugee camps.
