A delegation from EDU- Syria project represented by the director of the project Dhiah Abou-Tair, Dr. Ala Khalifeh, Dr. Loay Salhiah, Dr. Omar Hiari, Eng. Mohanad Batarseh and Mr. Ahmad Qawasmeh, visited Al-Quds College for two days Thursday 02/03/2017 and Saturday 04/03/2017. The visit purpose was to interview the eligible candidates for “EDU-Syria II” cohort 2 scholarship which is funded by the European Union. On Wednesday 22/02/2017, a delegation from EDU- Syria project represented by the director of the project Dhiah Abou-Tair, Dr. Ala Khalifeh, Dr. Loay Salhiah, Mr. Fawwaz Saqar, Eng. Mohanad Batarseh and Mr. Ahmad Qawasmeh visited Zarqa University, to interview the eligible candidates for “EDU-Syria II” cohort 2 scholarship which is funded by the European Union. The interviews held in Zarqa University and its contained 5 committees, (145) students were interview in that day and (112) students were accept in most of the university programs for the second semester of the academic year 2016/2017.

Yesterday, An editor’s delegation of European newspapers, visited the University of Zarqa, during the meeting they met with the manager of the EDU-SYRIA project, and students who have benefited from the Scholarship through the European Union. The president of Zarqa University Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al Wadi welcomed the delegation, and provided them with an overview of the disciplines and the colleges within the university.
