The Customer Services and Support (CSS) vision is to earn customer and partner lifetime loyalty by understanding their needs, solving their problems, preventing their issues, and helping them get the most out of their businesses with a perfect every time experience.
What are our baseline requirements:
o Pursuing or within one year of graduation from a full-time bachelor’s or Master´s degree
o Have no more than 2 years combined work experience including internships
o Education background in computer science, computer engineering, IT or electrical engineering or related fields
o First practical sales &/or Technical experiences, e.g. in selling software solutions or hardware, preferred
o Well developed communication, presentation as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
o Negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
o Passion for technology
o Fluency in English and local language is required
o Full work authorization is required
