Thursday 25.3.2021, EDU-SYRIA scholarship programme has granted its outstanding students at Zarqa University, Certificates of Distinction and Excellence signed by the Academic Committee in the Programme. The Programme issues these certificates at the end of the First and Second Semesters of each Academic Year. Thursday, 25 march 2021 EDU-SYRIA / EDU-JORDAN Programme handed out 221 laptops to its students from Syrian refugees who are studying for Bachelor’s degree at Zarqa University. Most of the laptops were distributed to students living in refugee camps, where 101 students from Zaatari camps and 26 from Al-Azraq Camp and 17 from Al-Emirati camp received a laptop. Furthermore, the programme also awarded 77 students, who are the top three students in each major by handing them a laptop too. On Thursday, 25 February 2021 EDU-SYRIA Scholarship Program held an academic meeting with the scholarship students at Zarqa University through the ZOOM virtual communication platform. The meeting was divided into two separate sessions headed by the Scholarship coordinator Dr. Ala’ Khalifeh, and the scholarship officer at Zarqa University, Mr. Ibrahim Al Hariri.
