Information Session on the JICA Japanese Scholarship

On Wednesday, 11 February 2026, an information session was held in cooperation with the JICA Japanese Scholarship to introduce graduates to the application process for the Master’s degree scholarship.

The session was delivered by Ms. Rawan Al-Salhi, JICA Scholarship Coordinator in Jordan, who provided a comprehensive overview of the eligibility criteria, application procedures, and the different stages of the selection process.

Graduates of the program were invited to attend the session, which was held in the presence of Mr. Ibrahim Al-Hariri, EDU-SYRIA Advisor at Zarqa University. He emphasized the importance of such academic opportunities in supporting graduates’ professional development and strengthening their engagement in international programs.

This session comes as a continuation of years of joint collaboration and sustained efforts to create suitable academic opportunities for EDU-SYRIA graduates, contributing to their academic and professional empowerment and expanding their international prospects.
