Preparing Teachers for the Future of Education

The Higher Diploma in STEAM Education is an innovative professional programme jointly developed and implemented by the German Jordanian University and the Queen Rania Teacher Academy, with support from EDU-SYRIA and the European Union.

The programme equips teachers and education professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to deliver integrated learning across Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. It promotes innovative teaching practices that connect disciplines, integrate technology effectively and strengthen creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making among students.

Courses address integrated curriculum design, STEAM teaching methods, innovative thinking, educational technology, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, early childhood education, vocational education, inclusive education and education policy.

Admission Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Hold a recognised bachelor’s degree with a minimum rating of Good or its equivalent.
  • Have completed their bachelor’s degree through regular attendance.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the programme.
  • Successfully pass the required admission interview.

Applicants holding a bachelor’s degree with a Pass rating may be admitted subject to the conditions specified in the official admission announcement.
