Entrepreneurship Scholarship Program
EDU-SYRIA “Entrepreneurship Training Scholarship Programme” (ETSP) in Partnership with Luminus ShamalStart aims to provide proper entrepreneurial trainings and office space for 40 groups formed of Jordanian and Syrian youths to transform their progressive ideas into actual projects that can best serve their local communities.
Luminus ShamalStart offers access to a comprehensive ecosystem that incubates the groups with the necessary competencies and abilities which include office space, legal and technical support, mentorship, networking access to investors, and much more to start their own businesses with the comprehensive ecosystem that facilitates transforming their progressive ideas into businesses that can best serve their local communities.
The “Entrepreneurship Training Scholarship Programme” caters to entrepreneurs with promising ideas in the manufacturing, textiles, handcrafts, and service-based hardware with other related services, which will take place through the Business Accelerator at Luminus ShamalStart, that enables them to confidently enter and navigate the business world. With access to FabLab Irbid – a state-of-the-art manufacturing space – the first of its kind in Jordan and one of the 20 largest digital fabrication laboratories in the world.
To apply the team must be:
- 18 years or older.
- 3 or more founding members.
- Jordanian or Syrian citizens.
