EDU-SYRIA Sixteenth Consortium Management Meeting

EDU-SYRIA, an EU-funded project recently convened the Sixteenth Consortium Management Meeting at German Jordanian University (GJU) on 23rd January 2025.

The meeting was attended by the EDU-SYRIA management team, Ms. Wieke Waterschoot, Attaché/Programme Manager at the EU Delegation to Jordan, and the representatives from the project’s partners, physically and online. The meeting focused on the cooperation and advancement of the program’s objectives.

The gathering provided an opportunity for fruitful conversations and strategic planning for the upcoming quarter; where the management team gave a comprehensive overview of EDU-SYRIA’s wave present situation and continuous improvements, emphasizing updates on the tracer study of educational and non-educational programs, and the allocation of EDU-SYRIA III project’s surplus.

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dhiah el Diehn I. Abou-Tair, the EDU-SYRIA Project Manager, invited the consortiums to attend the Ramadan Iftar activities, which will be held in Ramadan of this year at Zarqa University.
