EDU-SYRIA IV Bachelor Scholarship Program’s Results

A total of 2353 applications were submitted to EDU-SYRIA IV Bachelor Scholarship Program for the academic year of 2024/2025. A net of 244 applicants were accepted with 174 from the urban setting (outside refugee camps) and 70 applicants from refugee camps.

In addition of being (i) Syrian refugee, (ii) has a magnetic security card, (iii) resident of Jordan, (iv) has a registration document for refugees issued by the UNHCR, (v) has a Jordanian Tawjihi in 2022, 2023 or 2024, (vi) younger than 28 years, and (vii) successfully completed the scholarship application at EDU-SYRIA portal, the following criteria were used. 

  • Accepting Criteria for Granting EDU-SYRIA IV Scholarship in Urban Setting (Outside Refugee-Camp):

2.All other specialties– Tawjihi 2024: Greater than or equal to 87.85
– Tawjihi 2022 or 2023: Greater than or equal to 90.85
3.Note – Applicants with a Tawjihi GPA above the cut-off points who chose College of Pharmacy in their applications are admitted but not into College of Pharmacy as there were limited number of seats in the former college.
– Applicants with a Tawjihi GPA above the cut-off points who chose Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) in their applications are admitted to PSUT only if they passed the PSUT admission exam. If they do not pass, they are admitted to Zarqa University instead.
  • Accepting Criteria for Granting EDU-SYRIA IV Scholarship in Refugee-Camp Setting:
